  • Excessive solicitation, unauthorised selling, distribution of promotional material, or aggressive sales activity is not permitted unless specifically approved by the organiser.

7. Photography & Videography

  • Photography and videography may take place during the event for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.
  • By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or videos taken during the event.
  • If you have a specific concern regarding photography or videography, please inform the event team at registration.

8. Personal Belongings

  • Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • The organiser, venue, and event partners will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

9. Food, Beverages & Venue Rules

  • Food and soft beverages, where included, are subject to the event package and venue arrangements.
  • Attendees must comply with the rules and policies of the event venue.
  • Any damage caused to venue property by an attendee may be charged to the attendee responsible.

10. Networking Disclaimer

  • The organiser facilitates networking opportunities but does not guarantee any specific business lead, meeting, partnership, investment, sale, or commercial outcome.
  • Any business transaction, agreement, investment, or professional relationship established between attendees is solely between the parties involved.
